The audience was convinced that Fermin Dolfo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ysmael Marfil was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Jaime Barros made in the 15th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Yalapa's Cristo Izel. In the 15th minute Cristo Izel suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 15 minutes into the game, Moise Vlădean was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DINAMO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yalapa the free kick. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fermin Dolfo couldn't finish the play. Albert Filipoiu hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After taking down the ball on DINAMO's corner Ryszard Borcz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Basri İhtiyar quite easily take care of the ball. Ysmael Marfil made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Marcos Firmo sent off a good shot on target. Leonardo Nogueira really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6.
