Chico Donato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barnabé Neto in the 18th minute of the match. After 19 minutes of play, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Roberto Lopes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Genílson Massa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Genílson Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olivier Gilg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manoel de Lara in the 31st minute of play forced DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goalkeeper Chico Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute Karhan Siralp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chico Donato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute Olivier Gilg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genílson Massa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Los Hermanos CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Olivier Gilg came free, but Genílson Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half DIPLOMATA FC PAB were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karhan Siralp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goal looked a bit too open when Karhan Siralp came free, but Chico Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Los Hermanos CIMZ booed when DIPLOMATA FC PAB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pars Yorgun didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvinho Britto in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chico Donato saved DIPLOMATA FC PAB from getting behind. When Los Hermanos CIMZ's Karhan Siralp in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goalie prevented a goal. Olivier Gilg took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Genílson Massa.
