The supporters of Rathmore Lime Tree booed when Carrapichel - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamílton Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Karim Cosme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Tony Dias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tony Dias didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Rathmore Lime Tree's Karim Cosme shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Adil Magaud recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Luisinho Ortiz took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Sofyane Valognes to make any attempt to save it. In the 28th minute, Adil Magaud left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rathmore Lime Tree fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After 31 played minutes Carrapichel - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Pedrão Senta. In the 34th minute Hervé Annette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karim Cosme in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tony Dias saved Carrapichel - FDFDF from getting behind. Hamílton Moraes made in the 39th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Rathmore Lime Tree's Christophe Reibel. After the first half Rathmore Lime Tree were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adil Magaud made a kick off. Luisinho Ortiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Carrapichel - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Hervé Annette came free, but Tony Dias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Moldavsky in the 60th minute of play forced Rathmore Lime Tree's goalkeeper Sofyane Valognes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hamílton Moraes struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Sofyane Valognes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carrapichel - FDFDF. Tony Dias was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Karim Cosme capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Karim Cosme really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. After a rather tough play, Carrapichel - FDFDF's Bozhidar Zagorchev got a free kick in the 65th minute. Adil Magaud was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Tony Dias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Fábio Umrihin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Rathmore Lime Tree had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
