Lara Peñaranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xie Ao, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Beneficiente's Lara Peñaranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Sabóia in the 22nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Laércio Aguiar during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th minute, Laércio Aguiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Válbson de Alcântara in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lara Peñaranda, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Sabóia in the 57th minute of play forced Beneficiente's goalkeeper Lara Peñaranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Lu Ladron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lu Ladron in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lara Peñaranda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Válbson de Alcântara in the 67th minute of play forced Beneficiente's goalkeeper Lara Peñaranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Appel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute Válbson de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lara Peñaranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Beneficiente's Zheng Guang Ning got a free kick in the 77th minute. The supporters of Beneficiente booed when Motta Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulão Favoretto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Motta Futebol Clube's Armandinho Carvalho was substituted for Lu Ladron. After 83 played minutes Motta Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Paulão Favoretto. Lara Peñaranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kılıç Tunçöven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95thth minute of the game Armandinho Carvalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beneficiente's Lara Peñaranda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
