Estação F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ma Kuan Yun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, Ma Kuan Yun notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Estação F.C's Severino Vergílio. Severino Vergílio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Malte Örtendahl kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Petr Čech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belmiro Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stéphane Ballon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Severino Vergílio. 0-5. In the 43rd minute, Ma Kuan Yun made a precise shot to the right of Severino Vergílio. Estação F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. If Arnaldo Tróia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ma Kuan Yun to strike the kick off in the second half. Arnaldo Tróia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Vergílio having to interfere. In the 53rd minute Malte Örtendahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ma Kuan Yun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Severino Vergílio having to make a save. Severino Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ma Kuan Yun, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 58th minute Ma Kuan Yun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ma Kuan Yun's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Severino Vergílio firmly grabbed it by the left post. Wellington Palmeira hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute Arnaldo Félix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ma Kuan Yun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 89 played minutes Estação F.C got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Carneiro. Wellington Palmeira kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Ma Kuan Yun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ma Kuan Yun got free with Severino Vergílio in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 95 minutes, Wellington Palmeira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estação F.C and the Batalhão do Peçanha players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th minute, Wellington Palmeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Batalhão do Peçanha left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Estação F.C.
