In the 9th minute, Jan-Niclas Unterligauer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebastian Ekelund scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roland Hock, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sebastian Ekelund kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 20thth minute of the game Jan Gotthard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Attard Gunners's Jay Jowsey was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 21st minute, Sebastian Ekelund made a precise shot to the right of Roland Hock. Los Spurs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. With a little luck, Los Spurs's Roland Hock got control of the ball when Alan Said tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Ekelund in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roland Hock saved Los Spurs from getting behind. In the 27th minute, Georg Matheis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Horsky in the 30th minute of play forced Attard Gunners's goalkeeper Jay Jowsey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 minutes Attard Gunners's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonas Wessler who took care of the corner kick. Jay Jowsey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Horsky in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute Sebastian Ekelund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Hock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Alan Said made the kick off in the second half. Jay Jowsey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rico Röthke in the 54th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Los Spurs's zone, Sebastian Ekelund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roland Hock came out of the goal and Sebastian Ekelund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute Jan Gotthard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jay Jowsey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Los Spurs's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Ekelund came free, but Roland Hock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Los Spurs's zone, Sebastian Ekelund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roland Hock came out of the goal and Sebastian Ekelund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jay Jowsey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leon Horsky went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Attard Gunners's Jay Jowsey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Attard Gunners from getting a goal against them. Los Spurs's Roland Hock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Ekelund in the 75th minute of play. A hard shot 78 in the game by Jan Gotthard from a close distance when the talented Jay Jowsey managed to make a qualified save. Attard Gunners's players were relieved. 79 minutes into the match, Los Spurs's Jan Gotthard sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jay Jowsey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sebastian Ekelund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roland Hock having to make a save. Attard Gunners's Michael Testaferrata Olivier was substituted for Alan Said. Attard Gunners made a substitution. Adrian Savona replaced Sebastian Ekelund. In the 88th minute, Attard Gunners's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jan-Niclas Unterligauer fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A hard and well directed shot from Godwin Sapiano led 91 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Los Spurs's Roland Hock became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 3-2. Lorenz Mix hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Godwin Sapiano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Attard Gunners's supporters rose to their feet, but Godwin Sapiano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roland Hock breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Los Spurs players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Attard Gunners.
