Fidel Hernando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oswaldo Gonçalves in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Teofilio in the 9th minute of play forced Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goalkeeper Armandinho Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonio Mendebal made in the 11th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Wakanda fv FSCMZ's Severino Santo. Armandinho Mattos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Oihan in the 13th minute of play. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's Armandinho Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Burutzagi in the 14th minute of play. Fidel Hernando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oswaldo Gonçalves in the 15th minute. In the 16th match minute, Wakanda fv FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeferson Fantini to maneuver through the defense. Candido Bartoli hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Angel Teofilio took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armandinho Mattos. Armandinho Mattos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Armandinho Mattos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Burutzagi, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 34 minutes of play, Northern California's Angel Teofilio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armandinho Mattos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fidel Hernando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldemar Camargo in the 37th minute of the match. Armandinho Mattos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Samuel Burutzagi went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 43 minutes into the game, Northern California's Samuel Burutzagi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armandinho Mattos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Armandinho Mattos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Olo in the 48th minute of the match.

When Carmelo Oihan came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Northern California fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carmelo Oihan couldn't finish the play. In the 54th match minute, Wakanda fv FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Santo to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute, Severino Santo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goalkeeper Armandinho Mattos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angel Teofilio. After a rather tough play, Wakanda fv FSCMZ's Severino Santo got a free kick in the 60th minute. Luisito Txurio lost his temper 63 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 63 minutes into the game, one of Northern California:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 65th minute there was a penalty for Wakanda fv FSCMZ. Mateus de Almeida stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fidel Hernando. 1-4. In the 68th match minute, Northern California was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Burutzagi to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Northern California booed when Wakanda fv FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodriguinho Valladares didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Angel Teofilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 played minutes Wakanda fv FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Diniz. Armandinho Mattos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Santo in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fidel Hernando saved Northern California from getting behind. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Northern California walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
