Santo Dominguez ran back to his position shaking his head. After 27 minutes, Betão Marinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quebra Ossos FC and the Gutenberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. Betão Marinho kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After having played for 28 minutes, Baldomero Marcones managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gutenberg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomero Marcones was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomero Marcones couldn't finish the play. The Gutenberg fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Gutenberg's Santo Dominguez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Baldomero Marcones took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronaldão dos Santos. Ronaldão dos Santos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Amado Rocio's late challenge caught a Quebra Ossos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amado Rocio helped the player get up and apologised. After 52 played minutes Gutenberg got a freekick which was hit by Amado Rocio. Baldomero Marcones kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Baldomero Marcones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Ronaldão dos Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quebra Ossos FC's goalkeeper Ronaldão dos Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Quebra Ossos FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gutenberg were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
