After 11 minutes, Radoslav Chonev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SEA FALCONS and the Quebra Ossos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 11 played minutes SEA FALCONS got a freekick which was hit by Radoslav Chonev. After 13 minutes of play, Quebra Ossos FC's Betão Marinho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dragolyub Nikushev was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 16th minute, Sílvio Corrêa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Téo Fonseca hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Tinko Gerchev in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ronaldão dos Santos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Betão Marinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragolyub Nikushev having to interfere. Tinko Gerchev who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Ronaldão dos Santos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 34 played minutes Quebra Ossos FC got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Corrêa. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Betão Marinho in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dragolyub Nikushev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th minute Betão Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragolyub Nikushev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Quebra Ossos FC booed when SEA FALCONS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yoakim Pipev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dragolyub Nikushev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betão Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Quebra Ossos FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Betão Marinho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Betão Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronaldão dos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tinko Gerchev in the 56th minute of the match. After 56 played minutes Quebra Ossos FC got a freekick which was hit by Aírton Queirós. In the 59th minute Tinko Gerchev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldão dos Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Betão Marinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dragolyub Nikushev was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Tinko Gerchev might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ronaldão dos Santos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tinko Gerchev ran back to his position shaking his head.
