Marian Sobania sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dorin Arșanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marian Sobania in the 9th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Damazy Fleischer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ignacy Dunajski was the one to do the kick off. Stasio Gozdowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jyrki Saarelainen's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Rovine Craiova's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacy Dunajski came free, but Dorin Arșanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zbyszek Ferfecki got free with Dorin Arșanu in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dorin Arșanu made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Zbyszek Ferfecki sent off a good shot on target. Marcel Turcescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute.
