Cris Gol started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Villaverde Celeste Clube getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Edmund Wawrukiewicz hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the game, Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Jânio Donatello nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nenko Reza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After having played for 18 minutes, Roy Makaay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villaverde Celeste Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roy Makaay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nenko Reza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Kürşat Aurelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Asrın Dirsehan charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Asrın Dirsehan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 21st minute, Asrın Dirsehan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, Villaverde Celeste Clube's Guo Ao broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jânio Donatello in the 24th minute of play forced Villaverde Celeste Clube's goalkeeper Nenko Reza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roy Makaay in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Octavian Jähnigen saved Predador Brasiliense MZBR from getting behind. From a short distance, Villaverde Celeste Clube's Roy Makaay, in the 26th minute, tried to place the ball behind Octavian Jähnigen, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. Nenko Reza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lam Baril in the 29th minute of play. After 30 minutes of play, Villaverde Celeste Clube's Roy Makaay made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octavian Jähnigen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Willem-Jan Van Hinnendael was substituted for Raúl Palomar. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's António Sobral was substituted for Cris Gol. In the 34th match minute, Predador Brasiliense MZBR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kacper Lizewski to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roy Makaay in the 35th minute of play forced Predador Brasiliense MZBR's goalkeeper Octavian Jähnigen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nenko Reza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Sobral, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Villaverde Celeste Clube's Nenko Reza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jânio Donatello in the 41st minute of play. Nenko Reza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from António Sobral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the game, Dino Manfredi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villaverde Celeste Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Predador Brasiliense MZBR the free kick. A collision led to Villaverde Celeste Clube getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Dino Manfredi hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roy Makaay to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Villaverde Celeste Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Vachon to maneuver through the defense. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Jânio Donatello shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 54th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Nenko Reza but with some difficulty. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Predador Brasiliense MZBR's goalkeeper Octavian Jähnigen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Pedrinho Salgado was substituted for Asrın Dirsehan. In the 63rd minute of the game Kacper Lizewski made a throw-in which Lam Baril played forward. Octavian Jähnigen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roy Makaay in the 67th minute of the match. In the 75th minute of the match, António Sobral tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nenko Reza saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Villaverde Celeste Clube's Roy Makaay got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Villaverde Celeste Clube's Kıraç Uskan was substituted for Guo Ao. Villaverde Celeste Clube made a substitution. Pedro Augusto Vale replaced Armandinho Xavier. Roy Makaay might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Octavian Jähnigen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roy Makaay ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jânio Donatello got free with Nenko Reza in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Octavian Jähnigen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Augusto Vale in the 84th minute of play. Villaverde Celeste Clube's attentive William Lucas managed to snatch the ball when Kacper Lizewski made a throw-in in the 86th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice moves Jânio Donatello could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Nenko Reza however easily saved by the left post. Nicolai Otamendi hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Roy Makaay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villaverde Celeste Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Roy Makaay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Octavian Jähnigen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
