Marquês de Herval's Dida Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Sayveon in the 52nd minute of play. Dorian Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Alexandre Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Cano, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 83rdth minute of the game Horacio Sayveon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marquês de Herval's Dida Taffarel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vítor Vieira charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vítor Vieira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. During the 94th minute of the match Vítor Vieira completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Vítor Vieira a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Vítor Vieira hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Marquês de Herval's performance.
