Santos Campineiro's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Décio Antonio scored to the left of an out of position Ahmad Reza Asadi, making the score, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adilson Camargo in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilmer Gallo saved Retumbante FC from getting behind. Ahmad Reza Asadi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belmiro Mello, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute Sidnei Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilmer Gallo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Santos Campineiro's goalkeeper Ahmad Reza Asadi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kauã Mandrak. Despite this Ahmad Reza Asadi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With his leg Ahmad Reza Asadi managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Retumbante FC's Kauã Mandrak fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Santos Campineiro made a substitution. Kléber Viana replaced Onuralp Ergüden. The wind increased when Sidney Albuquerque made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Santos Campineiro's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kauã Mandrak was slow to take the kick. During this time Retumbante FC's players had a chance to rest. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Décio Antonio in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmad Reza Asadi saved Santos Campineiro from getting behind. Ahmad Reza Asadi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Gonçalves in the 54th minute of the match. Ahmad Reza Asadi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belmiro Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Retumbante FC had won after a very even match.
