In the 12th minute, Niklas Kjellbom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the match, Brasibetanõ Pænthers's Pål Bratt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 狄迪烽 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Herman Lundgren charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Herman Lundgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind GNUSKALLARNA's goalkeeper 狄迪烽, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Per-Arne Stålberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. Brasibetanõ Pænthers's Freddie Mattsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Colas in the 37th minute of play. Pål Bratt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. 狄迪烽 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Pål Bratt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 狄迪烽 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. 狄迪烽 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pål Bratt in the 95th minute.
