The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Slifer's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Efe Eğilmez came free, but Julen Puig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute of the game Nabar Valverde made a throw-in which Hilario Sirvent played forward. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucian Camino during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Slifer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucian Camino to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Köycegiz SK getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Bora Han Yalınayak hit a great ball. Fabio Fuentes hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute, Ahmet Efe Eğilmez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ahmet Efe Eğilmez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Julen Puig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Hayyam Serdengeçti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Slifer's zone, Altan Cenan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julen Puig came out of the goal and Altan Cenan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the game, Ahmet Efe Eğilmez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Julen Puig was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pancracio Leal hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute of the match Arda Baybars Nurkan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julen Puig showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lucian Camino kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Fuentes in the 38th minute of play forced Köycegiz SK's goalkeeper Doğuhan Evliya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doğuhan Evliya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Fuentes in the 44th minute of the match. After 46 played minutes Slifer got a freekick which was hit by Nabar Valverde. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Efe Eğilmez was the one to do the kick off. When Fabio Fuentes came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Slifer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabio Fuentes couldn't finish the play. Köycegiz SK's Doğuhan Evliya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Solo in the 56th minute of play. Nabar Valverde made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Hilario Sirvent however managed to control. Doğuhan Evliya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucian Camino, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. A collision led to Slifer getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Xalvador Marcilla hit a great ball. A collision led to Köycegiz SK getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Bülent Şemsi hit a great ball. In the 68th match minute, Slifer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilario Sirvent to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Köycegiz SK's Julen Puig threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ahmet Efe Eğilmez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Köycegiz SK fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Köycegiz SK's Ahmet Efe Eğilmez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Hayyam Serdengeçti took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Julen Puig to make any attempt to save it. Hayyam Serdengeçti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ahmet Efe Eğilmez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Fuentes in the 89th minute of play forced Köycegiz SK's goalkeeper Doğuhan Evliya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doğuhan Evliya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabio Fuentes went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. When the final whistle sounded Köycegiz SK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Slifer.
