Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Furman Donis in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zachary Knopek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orti Vilaro in the 11th minute of play forced Komonino's goalkeeper Zachary Knopek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 14 minutes into the game, when Waclaw Patora put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 13th minute of the game. One of Komonino:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of DeLorean FC:s goal. The referee gave DeLorean FC a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ovando Depino, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Komonino's Zachary Knopek. 0-2. In the 19th match minute, Komonino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaroslaw Kluska to maneuver through the defense. Zachary Knopek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Furman Donis in the 21st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as DeLorean FC's Orti Vilaro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zachary Knopek. That made the score 0-6 after 75 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Komonino's zone, Leizarraga Daroca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zachary Knopek came out of the goal and Leizarraga Daroca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zachary Knopek made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Furman Donis sent off a good shot on target. In the 91st minute, Jaroslaw Kluska hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute of the match Ovando Depino shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zachary Knopek showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The DeLorean FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing DeLorean FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
