The supporters of Slifer booed when Roland CD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damario Cacheres didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Fabio Fuentes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Slifer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Fuentes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Virgilio Solo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julen Puig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Indar Campello in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tebaldo Navas in the 15th minute of play forced Slifer's goalkeeper Julen Puig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Slifer's Hilario Sirvent got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabio Fuentes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Hector Camarasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Roland CD's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Fuentes came free, but Hector Camarasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tebaldo Navas scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julen Puig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes in the game, Virgilio Solo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hector Camarasa having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Fabio Fuentes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Slifer's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabio Fuentes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Camarasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 35 minutes into the match, Slifer's goal looked a bit too open when Tebaldo Navas came free, but Julen Puig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 minutes Slifer's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fero Navas who took care of the corner kick. When Hilario Sirvent came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Slifer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hilario Sirvent couldn't finish the play. Fabio Fuentess short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Hector Camarasa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 46 minutes into the match, Slifer's goal looked a bit too open when Sofronio Madariaga came free, but Julen Puig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Lucian Camino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Camarasa having to interfere. Indar Campello charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Indar Campello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Indar Campello hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After 55 played minutes Roland CD got a freekick which was hit by Gorka Zapatero. A hard shot 58 in the game by Sofronio Madariaga from a close distance when the talented Julen Puig managed to make a qualified save. Slifer's players were relieved. 58 minutes into the game, Sofronio Madariaga lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Julen Puig. 64 minutes into the match, Slifer's goalkeeper Julen Puig had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sofronio Madariaga. Roland CD's Hector Camarasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Fuentes in the 64th minute of play. Fabio Fuentes struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Hector Camarasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Slifer. 70 minutes into the match, Slifer's goal looked a bit too open when Damario Cacheres came free, but Julen Puig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Roland CD's zone, Lucian Camino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hector Camarasa came out of the goal and Lucian Camino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd match minute, Roland CD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Indar Campello to maneuver through the defense. When Virgilio Solo came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Slifer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Virgilio Solo couldn't finish the play. In the 80th minute Fabio Fuentes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Camarasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julen Puig was a little too slow when Sofronio Madariaga got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-3. Hector Camarasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Solo in the 85th minute of the match. The Slifer fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Slifer's Fabio Fuentes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mel Olano hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. A collision led to Roland CD getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Fero Navas hit a great ball. The Roland CD supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Roland CD would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
