Tonio Bergada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zavier Conde in the 7th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Nopoche's Zavier Conde sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tonio Bergada narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Grisha Mbappè got free with Sun De Ting in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 15th minute, Tayyip Buğdaycı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nopoche's Sun De Ting played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grisha Mbappè in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zavier Conde in the 19th minute of play forced Begu Ganjang's goalkeeper Tonio Bergada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Begu Ganjang's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Major came free, but Tonio Bergada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sun De Ting took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grisha Mbappè, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, one of Nopoche:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Sun De Ting went to the wrong direction when Manuel Aurelianu was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Grisha Mbappè got free with Sun De Ting in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ismael Major received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Tonio Bergada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tonio Bergada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zavier Conde in the 39th minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Efraín Sudi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Begu Ganjang's Ponaryo Mangindaan quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 43rd minute, Grisha Mbappè reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sun De Ting. The goal made the score 1-1. Sun De Ting didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 48th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ismael Major made a kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Tayyip Buğdaycı in the 53rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Nopoche's Edilberto Esparza. In the 55th minute, Nopoche's Zavier Conde dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Ponaryo Mangindaan might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sun De Ting. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ponaryo Mangindaan ran back to his position shaking his head. Andoni Avilés could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Tonio Bergada made a huge save. Sun De Ting showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grisha Mbappè, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. A collision led to Nopoche getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Zavier Conde hit a great ball. Grisha Mbappè fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sun De Ting having to interfere. In the 78th minute David Trezeguet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sun De Ting saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sun De Ting made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Trezeguet in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute of the match Begu Ganjang got a corner. Nopoche's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Manuel Aurelianu ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Arif Nihat Tekin managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Nopoche's Sonic Boo was substituted for Ismael Major. Sun De Ting didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from David Trezeguet went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, David Trezeguet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Begu Ganjang's supporters rose to their feet, but David Trezeguet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sun De Ting breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nopoche's Aldo Zurita was substituted for Zavier Conde. In the 92nd minute, David Trezeguet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sun De Ting was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. In the 95th minute, Gilberto Killinge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 99th minute of the match Nopoche got a corner. Begu Ganjang's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Efraín Sudi ran over to the corner to take the kick. There was no doubt that Begu Ganjang were the better team. Begu Ganjang's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
