The audience thought a goal was coming when Norberto Medardo got free with Asher Huggins in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Elvio Bizi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Black Rose 1979's supporters rose to their feet, but Elvio Bizi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Asher Huggins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Asher Huggins made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Leo Vidal sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Key Biscayne FC's Asher Huggins got control of the ball when Leo Vidal tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Sandy Ivey fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Key Biscayne FC's protests and gave Sandy Ivey a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes Key Biscayne FC got a freekick which was hit by Sandy Ivey. Key Biscayne FC's Asher Huggins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Vidal in the 24th minute of play. Asher Huggins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Dalmu, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 31st minute, Black Rose 1979's Leo Vidal dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Asher Huggins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Medardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 37 minutes into the match, Key Biscayne FC's goalkeeper Asher Huggins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leo Vidal. Elvio Bizi struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Asher Huggins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Black Rose 1979. Asher Huggins came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Black Rose 1979's Leo Vidal. But to his dismay, Leo Vidal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leo Vidal in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Asher Huggins saved Key Biscayne FC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Vidal got free with Asher Huggins in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 48th minute, Leo Vidal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Asher Huggins. The goal made the score 4-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

Asher Huggins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Dalmu in the 57th minute of play. Key Biscayne FC's Asher Huggins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Vidal in the 59th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Norberto Medardo made a precise shot to the right of Asher Huggins. Key Biscayne FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Vidal in the 69th minute of play forced Key Biscayne FC's goalkeeper Asher Huggins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Asher Huggins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Medardo in the 71st minute of the match. Maximiliano Dalmu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Asher Huggins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Key Biscayne FC's zone, Maximiliano Dalmu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asher Huggins came out of the goal and Maximiliano Dalmu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Asher Huggins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Vidal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Asher Huggins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Dalmu in the 78th minute of play. In the 81st minute Maximiliano Dalmu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asher Huggins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Elvio Bizi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Leo Vidal sped through Key Biscayne FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Asher Huggins. Adrian Reno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asher Huggins having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Leo Vidal notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Key Biscayne FC's Asher Huggins. Asher Huggins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Black Rose 1979 had played much better football throughout.
