In the 19th minute Fraj Shibalkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldinho Marquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldinho Marquez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabián Haste's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 24th match minute, Grêmio FBPA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeu Pitta to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute, Fabián Haste left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Osvaldinho Marquez came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Fraj Shibalkin. But to his dismay, Fraj Shibalkin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. A collision led to ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Fraj Shibalkin hit a great ball. Amadeu Pitta charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amadeu Pitta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Amadeu Pitta hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Fabrizio De Lorenzi got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Osvaldinho Marquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Guidone in the 39th minute of play. Osvaldinho Marquez came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Fabrizio De Lorenzi. But to his dismay, Fabrizio De Lorenzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Fabrizio De Lorenzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Grêmio FBPA's Osvaldinho Marquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fraj Shibalkin in the 46th minute of play.

ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Edmondo Coviello was substituted for Anthony Tocci. Fabián Haste received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Osvaldinho Marquez came out and tried to block the shot, but Fabián Haste slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 56th minute. Osvaldinho Marquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabián Haste in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Amadeu Pitta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fraj Shibalkin got free with Osvaldinho Marquez in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edmondo Coviello's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Osvaldinho Marquez firmly grabbed it by the left post. Fraj Shibalkin took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osvaldinho Marquez. Osvaldinho Marquez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. When ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Fabián Haste in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grêmio FBPA's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Grêmio FBPA's Osvaldinho Marquez got control of the ball when Fraj Shibalkin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabián Haste got free with Osvaldinho Marquez in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 81st minute Fabián Haste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldinho Marquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fabrizio De Lorenzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 86 minutes into the game, when Osvaldo Santana put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 86th minute of the game. One of Grêmio FBPA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ:s goal. Grêmio FBPA:s Osvaldinho Marquez showed great skill when he stopped Elia Benarrivo:s penalty. After 88 minutes of play, ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Elia Benarrivo made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osvaldinho Marquez was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 92 minutes, Fabrizio De Lorenzi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ and the Grêmio FBPA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Osvaldinho Marquez made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Fraj Shibalkin sent off a good shot on target. Osvaldinho Marquez was a little too slow when Fabián Haste got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-10. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ played a much better game than Grêmio FBPA and deserved their victory. The Grêmio FBPA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
