Olgierd Prokowski hit a great ball. When Héctor Hernández came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the MAZER SAF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Héctor Hernández couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olgierd Prokowski during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of MAZER SAF booed when FC Torpedo Dabrowa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olgierd Prokowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Enéas Marinho got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 37 minutes into the game, Paulo Renato Gonçalves recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wasyl Karwowski. The crowd rose to their feet as MAZER SAF's Héctor Hernández slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wasyl Karwowski. That made the score 3-0 after 43 minutes of play. Pawel Kosowski kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florian Labus to make the kick off.
