The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Doni Berger made in the 3rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Benedito Tande. Luiz Fernando Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Matei in the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th match minute, Jovens Democratas MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doni Berger to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Fernando Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Matei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jovens Democratas MZC's Luiz Fernando Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Matei in the 14th minute of play. With a little luck, Jovens Democratas MZC's Luiz Fernando Silva got control of the ball when Gervasio Matei tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gervasio Matei got free with Luiz Fernando Silva in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th minute, Mateus Macedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Fernando Silva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cipriano Joachim in the 28th minute. Erasmo Nataniel kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Jovens Democratas MZC's Doni Berger got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Gervasio Matei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Luiz Fernando Silva made a huge save. Gervasio Matei in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luiz Fernando Silva, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 38th minute Paulinho Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severiano Bonifaco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Luiz Fernando Silva successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 39 played minutes Jovens Democratas MZC got a freekick which was hit by Marcinho Sampaio. In the 44th match minute, Simbo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iker Oskarbi to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Doni Berger hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After having played for 63 minutes, Denis Pitin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Simbo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Pitin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jovens Democratas MZC made a substitution. Alfredo de Moraes replaced Benedito Tande. Simbo FC made a substitution. Jacobo Cebo replaced Ildefonso Formerio. 67 minutes into the match, Jovens Democratas MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Matei came free, but Luiz Fernando Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gervasio Matei struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Luiz Fernando Silva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Simbo FC. If Valdemar Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo de Moraes came free, but Severiano Bonifaco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Dante Perrando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Jovens Democratas MZC's Alfredo de Moraes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Severiano Bonifaco. That made the score 0-2 after 89 minutes of play.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Jovens Democratas MZC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
