When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Godfredo Fero sped through Eagle FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lilo Gjondeda. In the 10th minute Arianit Toptani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Cordeara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benigno Cordeara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enkel Pasko went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godfredo Fero in the 25th minute of play forced Eagle FC's goalkeeper Lilo Gjondeda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Godfredo Fero notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Eagle FC's Lilo Gjondeda. Lilo Gjondeda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 41 minutes of play, Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Godfredo Fero made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lilo Gjondeda was left in no man's land by his defense there! Godfredo Fero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Godfredo Fero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Lilo Gjondeda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Godfredo Fero to make the kick off. Lilo Gjondeda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Fero in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Godfredo Fero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Patricio Rey Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Andrea Hajdari came free, but Benigno Cordeara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arianit Toptani scored 2-3 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benigno Cordeara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Godfredo Fero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arianit Toptani in the 68th minute of play forced Patricio Rey Futbol Club's goalkeeper Benigno Cordeara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 79 minutes, Bujar Nufi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eagle FC and the Patricio Rey Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bujar Nufi kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Lilo Gjondeda was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Godfredo Fero capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Godfredo Fero really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. Basilio Lia kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Godfredo Fero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Patricio Rey Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. Patricio Rey Futbol Club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
