Drim Tim's Norbert Rzegotka tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Dziura in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norbert Rzegotka saved Drim Tim from getting behind. Sebastian Dziura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norbert Rzegotka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Aldulescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Wasyl Karpinski came free, but Mugurel Bleoancă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Marian Aldulescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Norbert Rzegotka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 24th minute Marian Aldulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Rzegotka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 26 minutes, 梅轩宇 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- and the Drim Tim players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Drim Tim booed when Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. 梅轩宇 didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Aldulescu in the 30th minute of play forced Drim Tim's goalkeeper Norbert Rzegotka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norbert Rzegotka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Dziura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Sebastian Dziura in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Drim Tim's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Drim Tim's Rune Tönnberg got a free kick in the 34th minute. Nistor Predescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Norbert Rzegotka. Drim Tim's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Marian Aldulescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Norbert Rzegotka was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. After 37 played minutes Drim Tim got a freekick which was hit by Gerry Herring. After 38 played minutes, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Nistor Predescu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Norbert Rzegotka came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- reached it. In the 39th minute Marian Aldulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Rzegotka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Drim Tim defense, Marian Aldulescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Norbert Rzegotka. The Drim Tim fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Norbert Rzegotka should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wasyl Karpinski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Norbert Rzegotka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marian Aldulescu in the 50th minute of the match. Norbert Rzegotka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Aldulescu in the 56th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Norbert Rzegotka successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 58th minute Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- were awarded a corner. Nistor Predescu went to the cornerflag to take it. Florin Cosor made a great header on Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s corner, it was just that Drim Tim's Norbert Rzegotka managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florin Cosor in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norbert Rzegotka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Marian Aldulescu in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an all-out effort, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Norbert Rzegotka threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marian Aldulescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 67thth minute of the game Marian Aldulescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Drim Tim's Norbert Rzegotka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Drim Tim's goal looked a bit too open when Marian Aldulescu came free, but Norbert Rzegotka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Joseph Hitlev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mugurel Bleoancă was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Drim Tim's Norbert Rzegotka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Drim Tim from getting a goal against them. In the 84th minute Sebastian Dziura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Rzegotka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marian Aldulescu in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Norbert Rzegotka, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Norbert Rzegotka made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Marian Aldulescu sent off a good shot on target. Marian Aldulescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Drim Tim's zone, Marian Aldulescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norbert Rzegotka came out of the goal and Marian Aldulescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
