Cecilio Uxio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mito Mesías, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Romildo in the 7th minute of play forced Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Remo Fontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th match minute, PLUMIN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nistor Hrean to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of PLUMIN:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ:s goal. Remo Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Romildo in the 35th minute of play. PLUMIN were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Angelo Romildo took the corner. 38 minutes into the game, Luís Quintal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cecilio Uxio. Luís Quintal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Cecilio Uxio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex de Medeiros in the 42nd minute. When Mito Mesías came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mito Mesías couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alex de Medeiros to strike the kick off in the second half. Cecilio Uxio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex de Medeiros in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Quintal came free, but Cecilio Uxio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th match minute, Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mito Mesías to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ booed when PLUMIN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Gilabert didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 59 minutes into the game, when Francisco Luzea put in a rough tackle. In the 63rd minute, Tomás Gilabert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 65 played minutes Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Mito Mesías. After some careless play in the PLUMIN defense, Thiago Galvan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cecilio Uxio. The PLUMIN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cecilio Uxio should have stopped the shot. In the 78th minute Alex de Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cecilio Uxio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Thiago Galvan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. With his leg Remo Fontes managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when PLUMIN's Oberst-Wilhelm Jääskeläinen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cecilio Uxio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maicon Pires in the 92nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex de Medeiros in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cecilio Uxio saved PLUMIN from getting behind. Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
