Semavi Özalpsan started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Kirecburnu getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Aydın Kumanbay hit a great ball. A hard shot 10 in the game by Cevahir Yılhan from a close distance when the talented Yasin Erdesir managed to make a qualified save. Kirecburnu's players were relieved. Yasin Erdesir didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cevahir Yılhan went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Mehmet Ferit Öktuna kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 22 minutes in the game, Mirkelam Akşin fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Yasin Erdesir having to interfere. Patnos JK's Cevahir Yılhan got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kirecburnu's Mehmet Ferit Öktuna got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mirkelam Akşin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yasin Erdesir having to interfere. Cevahir Yılhan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yasin Erdesir having to make a save. Demiralp Sanay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Patnos JK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Altan Taykoç hit a great ball. Cevahir Yılhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Yasin Erdesir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mirkelam Akşin made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Kirecburnu's goal looked a bit too open when Mirkelam Akşin came free, but Yasin Erdesir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Kirecburnu booed when Patnos JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Altan Taykoç didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yasin Erdesir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fadıl Mertoğul, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Fadıl Mertoğul was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Behçet Salman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 79 minutes into the match, Semavi Özalpsan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Behçet Salman, 1-3. Yasin Erdesir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cevahir Yılhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Patnos JK were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Kirecburnu's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Yetkin Bağcıoğlu took the corner. Mehmet Ferit Öktuna in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Behçet Salman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kirecburnu's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
