Burç Baba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yağızhan Orus in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes in the game, Aras Berksu dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Aras Berksu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Poyraz Oksay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Aras Berksus short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Poyraz Oksay to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 46 minutes into the match, Talat Özgenc notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Salihli's Poyraz Oksay. Poyraz Oksay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in Salihli's zone, Talat Özgenc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Poyraz Oksay came out of the goal and Talat Özgenc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute, Talat Özgenc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 97 minutes into the match, FEDER JK's goal looked a bit too open when Vecdet Duman came free, but Burç Baba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salihli's Haşim Uluman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Burç Baba in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Burç Baba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vecdet Duman in the 100th minute of the match.
