A wasted opportunity for Ümraniye FK. 19 minutes into the match, Enver Vahap notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ümraniye FK's Varol Kamran. Varol Kamran was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 24th minute Mustafa Namık Elçin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hıncal İrfanoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Varol Kamran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enver Vahap, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 33rd minute, Reis Üstam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cihangir JK's Enver Vahap got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ümraniye FK's Reis Üstam got a free kick in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enver Vahap in the 40th minute of play forced Ümraniye FK's goalkeeper Varol Kamran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reis Üstam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hıncal İrfanoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Barış Tuğra in the 43rd minute of play. If Mustafa Barış Tuğra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hıncal İrfanoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Namık Elçin, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After the first half Cihangir JK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enver Vahap was the one to do the kick off. Enver Vahap recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ümraniye FK's Varol Kamran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enver Vahap in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Ümraniye FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necmettin Siraceddin to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, Cihangir JK's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Namık Elçin came free, but Hıncal İrfanoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute Enver Vahap shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Varol Kamran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 71 played minutes Cihangir JK got a freekick which was hit by Hadi Ceviz. Hıncal İrfanoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Necmettin Siraceddin in the 75th minute of play. After 77 played minutes Ümraniye FK got a freekick which was hit by Göksun Orkut. With his leg Varol Kamran managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Cihangir JK's Müslüm İkram fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hıncal İrfanoğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mustafa Namık Elçin's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Mustafa Namık Elçin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hıncal İrfanoğlu having to interfere. Raşit Tunç, 92 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 94 minutes, Fadıl Bekiroğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cihangir JK and the Ümraniye FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Cihangir JK players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Ümraniye FK from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
