Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mehmet Akif Naci started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Işık Çağlayan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tuna Kutertan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Işık Çağlayan in the 9th minute of play forced Malatyaspor's goalkeeper Tuna Kutertan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Kizilay's Ahmet Erdem Bayazid got a free kick in the 12th minute. A collision led to Kizilay getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ahmet Efe Durukan hit a great ball. Atakan Oytunç charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Atakan Oytunç the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tuna Kutertan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nadir Vefakar, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Haşmet Can kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Ahmet Efe Durukan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tuna Kutertan. Malatyaspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tuna Kutertan came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Kizilay's Işık Çağlayan. But to his dismay, Işık Çağlayan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Tuna Kutertan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nadir Vefakar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serter Ünlü kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Recep Aysan made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Bedir Bozbora sent off a good shot on target. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Işık Çağlayan made a kick off. Atakan Oytunç kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Malatyaspor's Bedir Bozbora got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mehmet Akif Naci in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Recep Aysan saved Kizilay from getting behind. Kizilay's Recep Aysan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Akif Naci in the 67th minute of play. Recep Aysan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Akif Naci in the 71st minute of the match. When Cabbar Bartu fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kizilay's protests and gave Cabbar Bartu a yellow card for diving instead. Cabbar Bartu kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The attack was good, but when Mehmet Akif Naci in the 74th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Çelikan Tezcan kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Kizilay's Recep Aysan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Akif Naci in the 83rd minute of play. If Işık Çağlayan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Malatyaspor's Bedir Bozbora got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute, Latif Kutlughan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
