Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After 3 played minutes Lima FC got a freekick which was hit by Dillon Metz. After 6 minutes, Nguyễn Van Quyen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the An Gian and the Lima FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, An Gian's Nguyễn Van Quyen got a free kick in the 6th minute. 10 minutes into the match, An Gian's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Fritz came free, but Trần Cadeo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 14 minutes, Ismael Fritz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lima FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismael Fritz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An Gian's Trần Cadeo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Fritz in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Fritz in the 23rd minute of play forced An Gian's goalkeeper Trần Cadeo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Trần Cadeo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Fritz, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the game, Nguyễn Nam was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. An Gian's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lima FC the free kick. Ismael Fritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rashad Rosen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Trần Cadeo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bennett Donahue took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lê Ho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1-0 became the score in the 37th minute when Ismael Fritz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Trần Cadeo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Fritz in the 41st minute of play. Ismael Fritz struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Trần Cadeo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lima FC. Trần Thanh Bình's late challenge caught a Lima FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Trần Thanh Bình helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Lima FC booed when An Gian was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trần Thanh Bình didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trần Thanh Bình hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ismael Fritz made a kick off. Nguyễn Tinh struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Bennett Donahue didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for An Gian. Nguyễn Tinh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nguyễn Tinh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Bennett Donahue tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hồ Nga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bennett Donahue read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. An Gian's Trần Cadeo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Fritz in the 71st minute of play. Daniel Triplett scored 3-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Trần Cadeo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Ismael Fritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes in the game Bob Denton did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ulysses Tinsley. An Gian's Trần Cadeo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Triplett in the 81st minute of play. Trần Thanh Bình made in the 84th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Nguyễn Nam. In the 86th minute, Nguyễn Tinh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bennett Donahue was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 92 minutes in the game, Ismael Fritz dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 93rd match minute, An Gian was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trần Hong Minh to maneuver through the defense. After 94 played minutes An Gian got a freekick which was hit by Lê Thuyet. If Ismael Fritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lima FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of An Gian for a fine match.
