Nuratay Gürgan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Young in the 3rd minute of play. Duke Schaefer was a little too slow when Seçkin Turalp got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. With an all-out effort, Feke JK's Duke Schaefer threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yavuz Selim Atasoy, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 12th match minute, Feke JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saadettin Dersu to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the game, Casey Albrecht cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Nuratay Gürgan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ruhi Demirtaş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Duke Schaefer made a huge save. Seçkin Turalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Duke Schaefer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 minutes, Miguel Montoya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ithaca AFC and the Feke JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edward Posey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuratay Gürgan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casey Albrecht in the 28th minute of play. In the 30thth minute of the game Casey Albrecht who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Feke JK's Nuratay Gürgan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Miguel Montoya was shown his second yellow card after 31 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 31st match minute, Ithaca AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Montoya to maneuver through the defense. Duke Schaefer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruhi Demirtaş in the 32nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Casey Albrecht in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nuratay Gürgan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st minute, Brent Gallo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nuratay Gürgan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Seçkin Turalp to make the kick off. Kutalp Turgut charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kutalp Turgut the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 55 played minutes Feke JK got a freekick which was hit by Kutalp Turgut. Casey Albrecht could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Nuratay Gürgan made a huge save. 59 minutes into the match, Feke JK's goal looked a bit too open when Brent Gallo came free, but Nuratay Gürgan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Angelo Young came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Ithaca AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Young couldn't finish the play. Seçkin Turalp's late challenge caught a Ithaca AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Seçkin Turalp helped the player get up and apologised. Seçkin Turalp hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Casey Albrecht sped through Feke JK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nuratay Gürgan. After having played for 69 minutes, Casey Albrecht managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ithaca AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casey Albrecht was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Brent Gallo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edward Posey charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edward Posey the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Feke JK booed when Ithaca AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Posey didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ruhi Demirtaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuratay Gürgan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Casey Albrecht's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Casey Albrecht managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ithaca AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casey Albrecht was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 91 minutes, Baturhan Bostancıoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Feke JK and the Ithaca AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Feke JK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ithaca AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
