Ismael Fritz's late challenge caught a Gia Ngh's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ismael Fritz helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Lima FC's Ismael Fritz got a free kick in the 27th minute. Nguyễn Teo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ismael Fritz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 29 minute of play. Nguyễn Teo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Fritz, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Gia Ngh's attentive Trần Lan managed to snatch the ball when Ulysses Tinsley made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. Lima FC's Bennett Donahue played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lý Nam in the 53rd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Phan Pham dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bennett Donahue, 2-1. Nguyễn Cadeo's late challenge caught a Lima FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chase Wolfe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nguyễn Teo having to interfere. Nguyễn Cadeo kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Ulysses Tinsley hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match.
