The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ludomir Lanczak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kristiaan Van de Velde having to make a save. ISPARTASPOR U21's attentive Igor Manex managed to snatch the ball when Gert Robijns made a throw-in in the 12th minute of the game. 13 minutes into the game, ISPARTASPOR U21's Ludomir Lanczak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kristiaan Van de Velde made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Ludomir Lanczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. de belletrekkers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Ludomir Lanczak scored to the left of an out of position Kristiaan Van de Velde, making the score, 3-0. Ludomir Lanczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 27 minutes into the match, de belletrekkers's goalkeeper Kristiaan Van de Velde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ludomir Lanczak. Edgard Armentier charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgard Armentier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, de belletrekkers's Edgard Armentier got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 29 minutes, 董宽皓 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the de belletrekkers and the ISPARTASPOR U21 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of de belletrekkers:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ISPARTASPOR U21:s goal. The goalkeeper, Kristiaan Van de Velde, was totally fooled by ISPARTASPOR U21's Alfredo Gumaro, who 30 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Ludomir Lanczak managed to get in a good position for a shot. ISPARTASPOR U21's supporters rose to their feet, but Ludomir Lanczak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristiaan Van de Velde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gert Robijns took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michel van der Bij. Michel van der Bij dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Kristiaan Van de Velde made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Ludomir Lanczak sent off a good shot on target. Michel van der Bij showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Armentier in the 44th minute of the match. After 45 minutes, Theo Weba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the de belletrekkers and the ISPARTASPOR U21 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 45 played minutes de belletrekkers got a freekick which was hit by Theo Weba. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Antonio Colebrandts got free with Michel van der Bij in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Michel van der Bij made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Armentier in the 52nd minute of play. Davi Isac might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristiaan Van de Velde. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Davi Isac ran back to his position shaking his head. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for de belletrekkers! After some careless play in the de belletrekkers defense, Ludomir Lanczak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristiaan Van de Velde. The de belletrekkers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristiaan Van de Velde should have stopped the shot. Ludomir Lanczak might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristiaan Van de Velde. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ludomir Lanczak ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 66th minute Ludomir Lanczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristiaan Van de Velde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Theo Weba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ludomir Lanczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristiaan Van de Velde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ludomir Lanczak's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Ludomir Lanczak might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristiaan Van de Velde. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ludomir Lanczak ran back to his position shaking his head. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludomir Lanczak in the 74th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ISPARTASPOR U21's Fermin Bemabe got a free kick in the 79th minute. ISPARTASPOR U21's Mitch Batshuayi was substituted for Ludomir Lanczak. After 80 played minutes ISPARTASPOR U21 got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Bemabe. After a defensive mix-up in de belletrekkers's zone, Mitch Batshuayi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristiaan Van de Velde came out of the goal and Mitch Batshuayi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Sol Campbell came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the ISPARTASPOR U21 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sol Campbell couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the game, Mitch Batshuayi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Kristiaan Van de Velde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the ISPARTASPOR U21 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
