With a little luck, Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano got control of the ball when Famih Lim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Redbourn AFC's Alan Cho quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gaston Joanes, made in the 11th minute of the game. Alvaro Ignatius was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 23rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Agustin Pacho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustin Pacho in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Liang prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Club Atlético Atlanta's Agustin Pacho in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Redbourn AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Famih Lim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Carlos Germano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Agustin Pacho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Atlanta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustin Pacho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 47 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Frechoso. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agustin Pacho was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Agustin Pacho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Samuel Liang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Germano having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Dionisio Monico got a free kick in the 54th minute. Darren Siong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, Redbourn AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Gaxan came free, but Jonathan Liang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Alvaro Ignatius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Liang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Gaxan in the 65th minute of play. Agustin Pacho in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Liang, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Agustin Pacho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Jonathan Liang made a huge save. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when Redbourn AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Cho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Atlético Atlanta's Alvaro Ignatius got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustin Pacho in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Liang prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Club Atlético Atlanta's Alvaro Ignatius shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 92nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jonathan Liang but with some difficulty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agustin Pacho got free with Jonathan Liang in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulino Frechoso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Liang having to make a save. The Club Atlético Atlanta supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Club Atlético Atlanta would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
