Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Codruț Domuță got the match started through his kick off. Petruț Dicu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frai Shehu in the 2nd minute of play. After 2 minutes of play, U21 Albania's Frai Shehu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petruț Dicu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Parid Veliaj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Renato Portalupi's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Torrey Molloy took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Parid Veliaj. Parid Veliaj dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 14th minute, Codruț Domuță got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgardo Rozarius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Parid Veliaj read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. A collision led to U21 Albania getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Lek Kasapi hit a great ball. Gjergji Tedori hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Brujas KV's Renato Portalupi got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Petruț Dicu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klevis Selvia in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of Brujas KV booed when U21 Albania was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klevis Selvia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Parid Veliaj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torrey Molloy in the 36th minute of the match. Parid Veliaj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilkay Gündoğan, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Parid Veliaj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renato Portalupi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Brujas KV's Martin Mundo was substituted for Ilkay Gündoğan. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dhori Zhobro to strike the kick off in the second half. Parid Veliaj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renato Portalupi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the match, Brujas KV's goal looked a bit too open when Dhori Zhobro came free, but Petruț Dicu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, U21 Albania's goalkeeper Parid Veliaj had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renato Portalupi. A well-hit corner resulted in Hong Yao Peng heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 72 minutes into the match, Renato Portalupi notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of U21 Albania's Parid Veliaj. Parid Veliaj was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Brujas KV booed when U21 Albania was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sefedin Gjyle didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78 played minutes U21 Albania got a freekick which was hit by Dashi Çorbaxhiu. Parid Veliaj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Renato Portalupi in the 78th minute. If Edgardo Rozarius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Parid Veliaj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martin Mundo got free with Parid Veliaj in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, U21 Albania's Parid Veliaj got control of the ball when Codruț Domuță tried to sneak it across the goal line. Renato Portalupi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Parid Veliaj made a huge save. U21 Albania's Parid Veliaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Rozarius in the 93rd minute of play. Brujas KV's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
