The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Ye Hong had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wit Bronkala. U21 Poland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ye Hong was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 21st minute, Zachary Zerde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 minutes, Emil Majtyka mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the U21 Poland and the Abandon All Hope players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, U21 Poland's Emil Majtyka got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Meng Yan Jing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Majtyka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emil Majtyka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Meng Yan Jing having to make a save. Emil Majtyka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Meng Yan Jing made a huge save. In the 36th minute, Zachary Zerde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antoni Adamowicz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wit Bronkala. U21 Poland's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to U21 Poland getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Zachary Zerde hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Adam Walkowski made the kick off in the second half. The U21 Poland fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when U21 Poland's Adam Walkowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alfred Mentis hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind U21 Poland's goalkeeper Wit Bronkala, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Meng Yan Jing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Walkowski in the 62nd minute of play. After 64 played minutes U21 Poland got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Mentis. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ye Hong got free with Wit Bronkala in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72ndth minute of the game Adam Walkowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Abandon All Hope's Meng Yan Jing was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Adam Walkowski put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Meng Yan Jing. A collision led to Abandon All Hope getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Mateusz Piszczor hit a great ball. Olgierd Poling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Meng Yan Jing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Abandon All Hope booed when U21 Poland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachary Zerde didn't get a good kick on the ball.
