The throw-in from Baldomero Birjaio in the 4th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Xu Yong Feng. Edinson Haaland scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Raimond Lenk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 9 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edinson Haaland came free, but Raimond Lenk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Edinson Haaland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raimond Lenk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edinson Haaland's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 13th match minute, Piratas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Steven to maneuver through the defense. Piratas FC's Raimond Lenk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edinson Haaland in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute of the match Chinese CJ Youth Academy got a corner. Piratas FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roni Ronaldinho ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Roni Ronaldinho to fire away a dangerous shot which Raimond Lenk despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Edinson Haaland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raimond Lenk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Raimond Lenk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edinson Haaland in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edinson Haaland in the 22nd minute of play forced Piratas FC's goalkeeper Raimond Lenk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Edinson Haaland got free in front of the goal in the 23rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Raimond Lenk was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Raimond Lenk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tytus Orling in the 27th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Edinson Haaland's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raimond Lenk was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. In the 31st minute, Roni Ronaldinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raimond Lenk was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Raimond Lenk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 42 minutes of play, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Edinson Haaland made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raimond Lenk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Roni Ronaldinho got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raimond Lenk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Falkiewicz in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edinson Haaland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Piratas FC defense, Tytus Orling kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raimond Lenk. The Piratas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raimond Lenk should have stopped the shot. Raimond Lenk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tytus Orling in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Chinese CJ Youth Academy booed when Piratas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafino Loi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's goalkeeper Raimond Lenk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Günther Doty. Raimond Lenk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Günther Doty in the 82nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roni Ronaldinho got free with Raimond Lenk in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Günther Doty, in the 95th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Chinese CJ Youth Academy. When the match was over Chinese CJ Youth Academy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Piratas FC throughout the match.
