Stamatis Pegiadis started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Alex Ibáñez could shoot a difficult shot in the 5th minute, which Birk Bodin however easily saved by the left post. FC Germania Danzig's Birk Bodin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save FC Germania Danzig from getting a goal against them. GD Fiães's Cassiano Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karma Tarich in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, GD Fiães's goal looked a bit too open when Karma Tarich came free, but Cassiano Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Birk Bodin didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 16th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Cassiano Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stamatis Pegiadis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When FC Germania Danzig's Stamatis Pegiadis, in the 19th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for FC Germania Danzig. Cassiano Mendonça came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Germania Danzig's Thibault Fouillet. But to his dismay, Thibault Fouillet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stamatis Pegiadis in the 25th minute of play forced GD Fiães's goalkeeper Cassiano Mendonça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th match minute, GD Fiães was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amável Quental to maneuver through the defense. Birk Bodin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Brites, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Birk Bodin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex Ibáñez in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, GD Fiães's goal looked a bit too open when Stamatis Pegiadis came free, but Cassiano Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Tobias Brites shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birk Bodin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When FC Germania Danzig's Stamatis Pegiadis in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Karma Tarich took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cassiano Mendonça. Cassiano Mendonça dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Stamatis Pegiadis got free with Cassiano Mendonça in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karma Tarich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Germania Danzig's Birk Bodin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Ibáñez in the 77th minute of play. GD Fiães made a substitution. Higino Alcântara replaced Severiano Calado. Karma Tarich's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cassiano Mendonça read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in GD Fiães's zone, Thibault Fouillet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cassiano Mendonça came out of the goal and Thibault Fouillet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Brites in the 92nd minute of play forced FC Germania Danzig's goalkeeper Birk Bodin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stamatis Pegiadis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Cassiano Mendonça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FC Germania Danzig getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Karma Tarich hit a great ball. FC Germania Danzig's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
