The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Nicolas Millano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Falcão Sampaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Falcão Sampaio came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Amelie FC's Saul Silvanito. But to his dismay, Saul Silvanito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 11th minute Victorio Honrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Falcão Sampaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Grentino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Ghiță came free, but Falcão Sampaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krzysztof Kon hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Amelie FC's Máximo Portero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Simão in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Erasmo Simão fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Máximo Portero, passed just outside the right post. Gerard López took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Falcão Sampaio. Falcão Sampaio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Grentino FC's Nilton Passos got a free kick in the 27th minute. Falcão Sampaio didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Amelie FC's Nicolas Millano shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Falcão Sampaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugurel Ghiță in the 36th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Grentino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Millano came free, but Falcão Sampaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Xacintu in the 38th minute of play forced Amelie FC's goalkeeper Máximo Portero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Falcão Sampaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Silvanito in the 48th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Válter Baiano charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Válter Baiano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 52 played minutes Grentino FC got a freekick which was hit by Válter Baiano. Nicolas Millano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Falcão Sampaio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Falcão Sampaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerard López in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute Gualter Sampaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máximo Portero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Falcão Sampaio made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Nicolas Millano sent off a good shot on target. If Gualter Sampaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Grentino FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Erasmo Simão hit a great ball. Grentino FC's Falcão Sampaio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Grentino FC from getting a goal against them. Falcão Sampaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Millano in the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Amelie FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gualter Sampaio came free, but Máximo Portero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Máximo Portero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualter Sampaio in the 84th minute of play. After 90 played minutes, Amelie FC's Gerard López shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Falcão Sampaio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Amelie FC reached it. Falcão Sampaio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mugurel Ghiță, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Grentino FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Amelie FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Amelie FC.
