With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Errapel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the match, Santa Maradona's goal looked a bit too open when Cengiz Ünder came free, but Jonathan Errapel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodolfo Cordeiro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Tanek Bochinski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 40th minute, Gustaw Bielenda made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Errapel. Santa Maradona's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Chochoł Bronowice's Abraham Valckeneers was substituted for Radomir Rzeszutek. Concetto Pugliese charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Concetto Pugliese the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 46 played minutes Chochoł Bronowice got a freekick which was hit by Concetto Pugliese. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Cordeiro in the 71st minute of play forced Chochoł Bronowice's goalkeeper Tanek Bochinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santa Maradona were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Chochoł Bronowice's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Haroldo Martxot took the corner. Rigoberto Thomas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
