Henning Pähle came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gianluigi Buffon could save by the left post. Gianluigi Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henning Pähle, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. A nice corner shot did that Torbjörn Hellsing got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gianluigi Buffon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 17 minutes into the match, Henning Pähle notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Apocalipse FC's Gianluigi Buffon. Gianluigi Buffon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gianluigi Buffon didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 22nd minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kazimierz Buczak in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gianluigi Buffon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 27th minute Kazimierz Buczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Tiago Gabriel Brodel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Honorato Gabirel hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Kazimierz Buczak received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gianluigi Buffon came out and tried to block the shot, but Kazimierz Buczak slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 31st minute. In the 34th match minute, Apocalipse FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Dias to maneuver through the defense. Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s Torbjörn Hellsing shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 35th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gianluigi Buffon but with some difficulty. Tiago Gabriel Brodel hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the game, Kazimierz Buczak recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gianluigi Buffon. Kazimierz Buczak showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. With an all-out effort, Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s Gianluigi Buffon threw himself towards the right post 48 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kazimierz Buczak, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kazimierz Buczak was the one to do the kick off. Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Tiago Gabriel Brodel scored to the left of an out of position Nove Unax, making the score, 5-1. A collision led to Apocalipse FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Tiago Gabriel Brodel hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the game, Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s Kazimierz Buczak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gianluigi Buffon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Gianluigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Hellsing in the 65th minute of play. Tiago Gabriel Brodel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nove Unax having to interfere. 76 minutes into the game, Celsinho Soares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Apocalipse FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corinthos Manuela F.C. the free kick. In the 76th minute, Celsinho Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torbjörn Hellsing took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gianluigi Buffon. Apocalipse FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gianluigi Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torbjörn Hellsing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gianluigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henning Pähle in the 84th minute of play. Sérgio Machado's late challenge caught a Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sérgio Machado helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Corinthos Manuela F.C. booed when Apocalipse FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sérgio Machado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kazimierz Buczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute Jardel Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Corinthos Manuela F.C. had won after a very even match.
