André Luís Dante hit a great ball. 6 minutes into the match, Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Breno Salgado came free, but Nove Unax reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clóvis Motta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Velloso in the 10th minute of play. Torbjörn Hellsing took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clóvis Motta. Clóvis Motta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Morro Grande E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Hellsing came free, but Clóvis Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristiano Prata hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Clóvis Motta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimierz Buczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute, Torbjörn Hellsing ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clóvis Motta was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luisinho Silva during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Luisinho Silva got a free kick in the 21st minute. After some careless play in the Morro Grande E.C defense, Kazimierz Buczak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clóvis Motta. The Morro Grande E.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clóvis Motta should have stopped the shot. Clóvis Motta came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s Henning Pähle. But to his dismay, Henning Pähle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Clóvis Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jardel Velloso in the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Hellsing in the 37th minute of play forced Morro Grande E.C's goalkeeper Clóvis Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Torbjörn Hellsing left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corinthos Manuela F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Jardel Velloso struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Clóvis Motta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corinthos Manuela F.C.. Clóvis Motta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Hellsing in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Corinthos Manuela F.C. were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristian Duarte to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s Torbjörn Hellsing nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clóvis Motta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. When Henning Pähle came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Corinthos Manuela F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henning Pähle couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Morro Grande E.C getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Maurício Linhares hit a great ball. Allan Mineiro kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torbjörn Hellsing got free with Clóvis Motta in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Mineiro in the 67th minute of play forced Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s goalkeeper Nove Unax to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Morro Grande E.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corinthos Manuela F.C. the free kick. In the 91st match minute, Morro Grande E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Corinthos Manuela F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Morro Grande E.C.
