Mathias Vidal hit a great ball. BMB IMOVEIS SC's Emanuel Paranaense got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eurico Ceresso charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eurico Ceresso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of BMB IMOVEIS SC booed when S.E. Cachoeirinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eurico Ceresso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute of the match Walmir Lima sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ismael de Carvalho skillfully saved the ball. Rômulo Mineiro hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Cafu de Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 played minutes BMB IMOVEIS SC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Paranaense. Sérgio de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nando Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Rafinha Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in S.E. Cachoeirinha fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! Eurico Ceresso was shown his second yellow card after 38 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 39th minute, Eurico Ceresso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in S.E. Cachoeirinha's zone, Emanuel Paranaense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael de Carvalho came out of the goal and Emanuel Paranaense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the game, Ronaldão Mello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The wind increased when Rômulo Mineiro made the kick off in the second half. Emanuel Paranaense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael de Carvalho having to interfere. Ismael de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Paranaense in the 54th minute of the match. Sérgio de Azevedo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Fabinho Vinhas. Emanuel Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Emanuel Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 played minutes BMB IMOVEIS SC got a freekick which was hit by Laerte Arantes. The supporters of S.E. Cachoeirinha booed when BMB IMOVEIS SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laerte Arantes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Rômulo Mineiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BMB IMOVEIS SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rômulo Mineiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th minute of the match BMB IMOVEIS SC got a corner. S.E. Cachoeirinha's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cafu de Senna ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Cafu de Senna got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ismael de Carvalho quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by S.E. Cachoeirinha's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cafu de Senna was slow to take the kick. During this time BMB IMOVEIS SC's players had a chance to rest. BMB IMOVEIS SC's Cafu de Senna was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ismael de Carvalho in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Rômulo Mineiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd match minute, BMB IMOVEIS SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cafu de Senna to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Rômulo Mineiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BMB IMOVEIS SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. BMB IMOVEIS SC fully deserved thier win.
