The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes of play, Galo na Veia FC™'s Wilfried Spaniol made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After having played for 7 minutes, Alphonso Alaba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galo na Veia FC™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Alphonso Alaba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Giuseppe Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Alphonso Alaba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ismael de Carvalho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Ismael de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joélson Tasso in the 16th minute of the match. After 18 minutes of play, Galo na Veia FC™'s Wilfried Spaniol made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ismael de Carvalho was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute, Wilfried Spaniol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ismael de Carvalho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Ismael de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfried Spaniol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Horácio Donato made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafinha Gonçalves in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the game, Wilfried Spaniol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Ismael de Carvalho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Galo na Veia FC™'s Wilfried Spaniol in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye S.E. Cachoeirinha's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Wilfried Spaniol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ismael de Carvalho was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. After 38 played minutes S.E. Cachoeirinha got a freekick which was hit by Hílton Alagoano. If Ferdinand Feuš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilfried Spaniol in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismael de Carvalho saved S.E. Cachoeirinha from getting behind. Ismael de Carvalho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferdinand Feuš's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilfried Spaniol in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael de Carvalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wilfried Spaniol took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ismael de Carvalho. Ismael de Carvalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7.

The wind increased when Wilfried Spaniol made the kick off in the second half. João Carlos Reis made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Galo na Veia FC™'s Tiago Gabriel Branco. A hard shot 55 in the game by Ferdinand Feuš from a close distance when the talented Ismael de Carvalho managed to make a qualified save. S.E. Cachoeirinha's players were relieved. S.E. Cachoeirinha's Ismael de Carvalho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save S.E. Cachoeirinha from getting a goal against them. After having played for 64 minutes, Wilfried Spaniol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galo na Veia FC™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilfried Spaniol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wilfried Spaniol might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael de Carvalho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilfried Spaniol ran back to his position shaking his head. 68 minutes into the match, S.E. Cachoeirinha's goalkeeper Ismael de Carvalho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilfried Spaniol. In the 72nd play minute Wilfried Spaniol came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ismael de Carvalho. 0-8. After some careless play in the S.E. Cachoeirinha defense, Wilfried Spaniol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ismael de Carvalho. The S.E. Cachoeirinha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ismael de Carvalho should have stopped the shot. 92 minutes into the match, S.E. Cachoeirinha's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfried Spaniol came free, but Ismael de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Galo na Veia FC™'s Wilfried Spaniol slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ismael de Carvalho. That made the score 0-11 after 95 minutes of play. Wilfried Spaniol struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Ismael de Carvalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galo na Veia FC™.
