Inazuma Japan's Zé Vieira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofil Zjawin in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Inazuma Japan's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adriano de Brito was slow to take the kick. During this time CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Inazuma Japan's goalie and right to Osvaldo Shantala. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Inazuma Japan's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Inácio Bueno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 17 minutes into the match, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Elder Pena sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zé Vieira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, Inazuma Japan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dito Madureira to maneuver through the defense. If Elder Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zé Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofil Zjawin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elder Pena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Zé Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Inazuma Japan's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Elder Pena fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 32nd play minute Osvaldo Shantala came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zé Vieira. 1-0. Zé Vieira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofil Zjawin, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Zé Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Shantala in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ were awarded a corner. Adriano de Brito went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 43rdth minute of the game Teofil Zjawin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Inazuma Japan's Zé Vieira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Emerson Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antônio Aguiar in the 44th minute of play. Emerson Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antônio Aguiar in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antônio Aguiar was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute Osvaldo Shantala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th match minute, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elder Pena to maneuver through the defense. Inazuma Japan's Fred Cardozo was substituted for Hortêncio Montenegro. Inazuma Japan's Abelardo da Fonseca was substituted for Rui Silva. A collision led to CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Elder Pena hit a great ball. Matías Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Abelardo da Fonseca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Emerson Leão made a huge save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Inazuma Japan had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
