The crowd rose to their feet as ПФК.КЕНТАВЪР-1923's Nencho Stoimirov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 史坤岩. That made the score 2-0 after 13 minutes of play. In the 18th minute, Jose Policarpio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 史坤岩 was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 莫城文 hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute of the match 彭响洲 shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edwin van der Sar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jose Policarpio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 潜龙俱乐部队's 史坤岩 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save 潜龙俱乐部队 from getting a goal against them. 36 minutes into the match, Nencho Stoimirov dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of 史坤岩, 4-0. Nencho Stoimirov took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 史坤岩. 史坤岩 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in 潜龙俱乐部队's zone, Osvaldo Mero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 史坤岩 came out of the goal and Osvaldo Mero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edwin van der Sar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 姜镇超, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

54 minutes into the match, 潜龙俱乐部队's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Policarpio came free, but 史坤岩 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of 潜龙俱乐部队 booed when ПФК.КЕНТАВЪР-1923 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nencho Stoimirov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jose Policarpio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 史坤岩 having to make a save. 90 minutes into the match, Jose Policarpio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 史坤岩. 潜龙俱乐部队's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jose Policarpio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. 蔡常宁 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Edwin van der Sar made a huge save.
