Yacanto FC's Eulalio Orlondon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gentil Calado in the 3rd minute of play. In the 6th minute of the match Rolando Transito sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Virgílio Amado skillfully saved the ball. Gentil Calado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eulalio Orlondon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Virgílio Amado was a little too slow when Ubaldo Bastiaro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 13 played minutes Yacanto FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Muc. In the 14th minute of the match Pedro Fonseca shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eulalio Orlondon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bernabe Fonda kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Yacanto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Serafim Pacheco came free, but Eulalio Orlondon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to SC Casinha getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Quintino Guimarães hit a great ball. Ubaldo Bastiaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eulalio Orlondon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gentil Calado in the 24th minute of play. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Ubaldo Bastiaro sped through SC Casinha's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Virgílio Amado. In the 30th minute, Ubaldo Bastiaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgard Muc's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Virgílio Amado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Ubaldo Bastiaro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Virgílio Amado when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Virgílio Amado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ubaldo Bastiaro's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, Ubaldo Bastiaro notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of SC Casinha's Virgílio Amado. Virgílio Amado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ubaldo Bastiaro made a kick off. The supporters of Yacanto FC booed when SC Casinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Vilaça didn't get a good kick on the ball. The excitement rose when Yacanto FC's Edgard Muc after 57 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for SC Casinha's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 5-0. Eulalio Orlondon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Serafim Pacheco in the 63rd minute. Serafim Pacheco in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Yacanto FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
