Felix Lekubegi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 6 minutes into the match, SC Casinha's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Argoitz came free, but Virgílio Amado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eleuterio Qwinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gentil Calado, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Serafim Pacheco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eleuterio Qwinton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, Carnaval Canalla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Marko to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Carnaval Canalla FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Horacio Cloyo hit a great ball. Nuno Pires took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eleuterio Qwinton. Carnaval Canalla FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Virgílio Amado was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felix Lekubegi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 30 minute of play. Felix Lekubegi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Virgílio Amado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Primitivo Argoitz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Virgílio Amado having to make a save. In the 37th minute, Primitivo Argoitz fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. SC Casinha's Serafim Pacheco got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Primitivo Argoitz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 43rd minute. Carnaval Canalla FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Felix Lekubegi hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Primitivo Argoitz was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th minute, Pedro Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 52 minutes, Primitivo Argoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carnaval Canalla FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Primitivo Argoitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Primitivo Argoitz in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgílio Amado saved SC Casinha from getting behind. When Serafim Pacheco came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the SC Casinha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafim Pacheco couldn't finish the play. Carnaval Canalla FC's Eleuterio Qwinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gentil Calado in the 69th minute of play. Virgílio Amado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Raphael in the 72nd minute of the match. SC Casinha's Virgílio Amado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Argoitz in the 74th minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Gentil Calado lined in a short shot 2-2 behind a frustrated Eleuterio Qwinton. In the 81st minute, Gastão Delgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute, Primitivo Argoitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Virgílio Amado was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. After 90 minutes of play, Carnaval Canalla FC's Felix Lekubegi made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Virgílio Amado was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Carnaval Canalla FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
