Ladislao Fernado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tudor Marioteanu in the 8th minute of play. Marin Asachi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ladislao Fernado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Isidro Lleir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tilingo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidro Lleir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliodor Mardarescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arsenal Tunari's goalkeeper Eliodor Mardarescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Lleir in the 21st minute of play forced Arsenal Tunari's goalkeeper Eliodor Mardarescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petre Pânzaru charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Petre Pânzaru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Petre Pânzaru kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Feliciano Asur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eliodor Mardarescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Arsenal Tunari's Mădălin Zberea got a free kick in the 31st minute. When Celestino Maiorga came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Tilingo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celestino Maiorga couldn't finish the play. Petre Pânzaru was shown his second yellow card after 45 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 45 played minutes Arsenal Tunari got a freekick which was hit by Petre Pânzaru. If Celestino Maiorga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tudor Marioteanu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Adam Cotuțiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliodor Mardarescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernabe Giraldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Isidro Lleir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Celestino Maiorga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Eliodor Mardarescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Arsenal Tunari's Daniel Semeghin got a free kick in the 56th minute. Arsenal Tunari's Tudor Marioteanu got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Celestino Maiorga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 played minutes Arsenal Tunari got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Semeghin. Eliodor Mardarescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidro Lleir's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Celestino Maiorga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Eliodor Mardarescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Isidro Lleir came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Tilingo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidro Lleir couldn't finish the play. In the 87th match minute, Arsenal Tunari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Semeghin to maneuver through the defense. Braulio Llin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Eliodor Mardarescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Tilingo FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
