Eulalio Orlondon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Estefan, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Silverio Playo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Joel Cisco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Yacanto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Orlondon came free, but Eulalio Orlondon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Yacanto FC's Gonzalo Ederono got a free kick in the 30th minute. Gonzalo Ederono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Joel Cisco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Edgard Muc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 42 played minutes Chapita FC got a freekick which was hit by Martin Maxin. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chapita FC's goalkeeper Joel Cisco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Silvestre Estefan made the kick off in the second half. When Gonzalo Demesio fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yacanto FC's protests and gave Gonzalo Demesio a yellow card for diving instead. Gonzalo Demesio hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Bernardino Lixandro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yacanto FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardino Lixandro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Cisco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yacanto FC's Eulalio Orlondon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Yacanto FC from getting a goal against them. In the 60th match minute, Yacanto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Demesio to maneuver through the defense. If Isaac Orlondon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Cisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silverio Playo in the 70th minute of play. Chapita FC's Joel Cisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Lixandro in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yacanto FC's goalkeeper Eulalio Orlondon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Silvestre Estefan took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eulalio Orlondon. Eulalio Orlondon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Silverio Playo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Yacanto FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Silverio Playo hit a great ball. After 87 played minutes Chapita FC got a freekick which was hit by Severo Luix. After having played for 89 minutes, Silverio Playo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yacanto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silverio Playo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silverio Playo in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joel Cisco saved Chapita FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Playo in the 94th minute of play forced Chapita FC's goalkeeper Joel Cisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Despite being the better team, Yacanto FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
